How do I book?

What kind of events does Loop host?

How many guests can Loop accommodate?

Loop caters for small parties of up to 20 people, using Loop’s Living Room. For larger parties up to as many as 400 people Loop provides either the complete club or a suitable area of the club exclusively.

What are Loop’s hire fees?

Loop’s fees for exclusive hire vary depending on the time, day, season and exact requirements. Hire of the Loop Living Room starts at £30 per hour or is free with a £300 bar tab. Call Loop to discuss your event and request a quote with no obligation.

When is Loop available for hire?

Loop is open seven days a week daytime and evening and is licensed until 3am. If you have some dates in mind call Loop now to check availability. Pencil in a date well in advance to ensure you don’t miss out on the date that’s ideal for your event.

What’s does Loop offer my guests?

Loop offers a versatile space for you and your guests to enjoy playing pool, meeting up, relaxing and dancing. Loop offers:-

• Play on 10 American pool tables. That is up to 40 guests playing at once.
• Use of the Loop Living Room. Details are below.
• A fully licensed cocktail bar until 2am.
• Food. Loop’s kitchen puts together a menu to suit your event if required.
• Waiter service throughout for food and drinks.
• Music and dance floor until 3am. Bring your own DJ or use Loop’s.
• A zoned sound system that means Loop adjust the volume in different areas of the club to suit your event.
• A projection screen ideal for sporting events, music videos, presentations etc.
• Air conditioning.
• Security. Loop provides polite and smart security for your guests’ safety.
• Receptionist. Loop’s stylish receptionist welcomes your guests and runs your guest list if required.

What is the Loop Living Room?

The Loop Living Room is a beautifully designed private glass and wood panelled room within the club. Loop recommend no more than 20 guests to be comfortable. You and your guests benefit from:
• An exclusive private room with leather sofas and fireplace
• Use of the Living Room’s American pool table
• Waitress service for food and drinks
• Exclusive sound system with your choice of volume level
• Air conditioning
• Separate VIP room music played (supplied by you) if required

Is there disabled access?

Disabled access is restricted. Loop is a first floor venue with a street level entrance and 22 steps to reception. On the first floor the venue is distributed across floor level and two raised platforms that are approximately a 16cm step up.

The Loop Living Room has two steps up with a handrail and an 85cm door width. Loop also has a single and exclusive disabled toilet. Call Loop for as much information as you need to make an informed visit. With prior notice Loop arrange staff to help with mobility as much as possible.

Can I book for today?

If you want to make a reservation for today please contact us by phone directly. You cannot make reservations for the same day online.

How do I know if the booking is made?

Your online reservation is regarded as an enquiry until confirmed by us either with a reply email or a phone call.
